Hello, I'm Shivani
A curious food-brained researcher and multi-disciplinary practitioner based in Bangalore, India.
Over the past decade, my work has taken me across the food system, (through kitchens, farms, markets, breweries, businesses, food media and more), giving me a panoramic perspective on Indian foodscapes.
I currently spend my days trying to connect the dots between food and ecology, culture, media, trends, commerce (and probably other things...)
