From November 2020 to 2021 I worked as a freelance content writer for the Thought for Food Foundation, a global community and accelerator for innovation in food and agriculture for the future. Here, I wrote weekly articles and guides based on interviews and seminars with field experts, innovators and entrepreneurs.
I got to engage with a broad spectrum of research, innovation and dialogue within the global food and agriculture systems, exploring topics such as GMOs, cell-cultured meats, fungi for crop protection, robotics as farming solutions, and more.
