The annual Godrej Food Trends Report is India’s foremost comprehensive food and beverage industry trend forecast. I have been a part of the editorial team since the second year of publishing in 2019, eventually growing into the role of Project Manager & Sub-editor.
On this project, I get to spend the final quarter of each year connecting with Food and Beverage industry experts from around India to gather their insights on upcoming trends for the following year.
I help manage the production of the report each year, working closely with the editorial team as well as Report Designer and Editor-in-Chief, Rushina Munshaw-Ghildiyal. As Editor of the Essays Section, I work closely with comissioned writers and food journalists to develop a series of culinary deep dives in the form of rich well-researched essays. I have also had the opportunity to contribute essays on topics of great personal interest in each issue since 2022.
